Absolutely. At the beginning of each growing season, our orchard managers will meet with you to develop a tailored Orchard Management Plan. Together, we’ll set goals, outline responsibilities, and create a budget that reflects the level of involvement you want.
If you opt for orchard management or leasing, your orchard manager will take care of GlobalGAP and GRASP compliance. We manage the entire process to remove the stress and ensure your orchard meets all regulatory requirements.
You’ll receive a monthly invoice for work completed on your orchard, along with an Orchard Expense Report. This report provides a clear view of your actual spend versus the original budget.
We work with a trusted mix of Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) workers and local contractors - many of whom we’ve partnered with for several years. Our aim is to use consistent teams on your orchard year-round, allowing them to build familiarity and take pride in the quality and results of their work.
